Day 14 – Trelleborg to Båstad

At 5.20 in the morning the boat arrived in Trelleborg and Sweden. For the service team, having spent more than two weeks on the road through Europe, it was a special feeling arriving in Sweden and being this close to the final destination. While waiting for the sun to set we prepared ourselves for today’s route with a steady breakfast. None of us slept much on the boat and we therefor felt a little relieved about today’s route only being 140 kilometers, compared to 224 kilometers on the day before. The first few hours offered a lot of rain, but this got better during the day. The roads were in really good shape and we reached Båstad already at 2 p.m.
