Day 10 – Brno to Prague

Since leaving Skopje all of the bikers have had to take on a lot of hills and many altimeters. During today’s route, the landscape flattened out more and more and it seems like the really tough climbs are in the past.

The route of the day went through the Czech Republic, from Brno to Prague. Throughout the day the team had to take on a lot of small forests tracks, some of them with small wooden bridges partly covered in water which posed a challenge both for the bikers and for the service team riding in the car. All went well though and by 5 p.m. the team reached Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic and also the largest city in the country. Prague is mainly famous for its beautiful and historical buildings and the city is a popular tourist destination.
